  • To improve our service (Legitimate Interests): We analyse anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the website and the enquiry process.

  5. If you do not proceed, your enquiry data is retained only for the period set out in section 6 and then deleted.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with data brokers, marketing lists, aggregators, or any third parties not described in this policy.

5. Who We Share Data With

  • The practice delivering the services: Enquiry data is handled by Tidy Money Ltd, the ACCA-regulated practice that provides the accountancy services described on this website.
  • Google Workspace: We use Google Sheets and Gmail to manage enquiry data. Google acts as a data processor under appropriate agreements.
  • Google Analytics 4: Anonymised website usage data is processed by Google. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

6. Data Retention

  • Enquiry data: 12 months from submission date, then securely deleted.
  • Google Analytics data: 14 months per our GA4 configuration.
  • Legal compliance records: Up to 6 years as required by UK law.
